Warren Man Facing Heroin Charges

Warren Township police reports for week of June 10.

June 11

A motorist reported an accident at 8:18 a.m., after a vehicle driven by Jeffery Kasper, 46, of Hackettstown, allegedly backed into a vehicle driven by Jennifer Ullrich, 35, of Warren, on Robin Road. No injuries ere rpeorted, and no summonses have been issued.

June 10

Steven Belo, 24, of Warren faces several motor vehicle and drug charges after police stopped the vehicle he was driving on Hillcrest Road at 2:53 p.m. He was charged with possession of heroin, posession of hypodermic needles, possession of a controlled substance in a vehicle and having unclear license plates on his vehicle.

A passenger in the vehicle, Brock Lewis, 19, of Millington, was charged with possession of hypodermic needles and failing to wear seat belts.

Both were released after the charges were filed, pending an appearance in municipal court.
