Warren Township police said a 76-year-old township resident, Alan Hatoff, was injured on Wednesday after vehicle reportedly left the roadway and struck a tree at about 12:30 p.m.
Hatoff was driving near number 142 on Mount Horeb Road, according to the police report.
Police said the man was transported to Somerset Medical Center because of unspecified injuries.
Police are still investigating, according to a report issued on Thursday.
