Do you know how to use your smart phone as a WiFi hot spot?

During Hurricane Sandy many residents not only lost power they also lost the ability to connect to the Internet. If you have a smartphone you should be able to set-up a personal WiFi hot spot which will allow you to connect to the Internet using your phone as a WiFi device.

This helped many families during Sandy.
