Poll: Who Gets Utilities Fixed First?

In the immediate aftermath of last week's nor'easter, township officials requested utility company crews focus on restoring electric service to the schools and the central business area (where traffic was bottlenecked by a non-functioning traffic signal).

It's hard to know whether such a request either mattered to the work crews, or delayed service repairs to residences, but it does beg the question: Should utilities restore service to homes first or schools?
