VIDEO: A Township's Thanks to Mal Plager

At longtime Township Committeeman's last meeting, a round of applause and a proclamation.

Since 1992, Mal Plager has taken a seat at the Township Committee meetings, but when he did so at the committee's Dec. 8 meeting, it was for the last time.

Mayor DiNardo noted Plager's crucial role through the years behind the township's open space purchases, emergency management systems, and his ongoing role as an administrator with the American Red Cross.
