According to Dr. Crader and Warren Township Education Association President Fran Blabolil, the negotiating teams have met "a couple of times" in recent weeks.

The talks in recent weeks ended a period of waiting for the fact finder's report, which some had hoped would help bring about an end to the protracted negotiations. Although the report is not binding on either side, it will be made public within 10 days of being presented to and the WTEA.

"I think people were thinking the fact finder report would come in sooner and they're feeling frustration," Dr. Crader said.

"We continue to wait for the fact finder's report and hope that it will arrive soon," Blabolil said.
