Tell Us: Who is Warren's Teacher of the Year?

Deadline for nominations is Friday—so who do you pick?

Through the course of the school year, we've been amazed and delighted by all the great things happening in Warren Township classrooms. From Angelo L. Tomaso School to Warren Middle School, anyone entering the schools can see how excited the kids are in the classes—and how committed teachers are to their students.

The Warren-Watchung Rotary Club selects a teacher to be named "Teacher of the Year" each May and the deadline for nominations is Friday, so we wanted to find out who you'd nominate for teacher of the year—and why.

Was it their skilled classroom methods—or enthusiastic manner? Is it their ability to help children understand the complexity of their subjects, or patience in teaching?

Remember, previous winners aren't eligible—which removes Karen Wilkening, Susan Cooper, Marlene Roth, Lynn Alger, Laura Rodaman, Karen Sutherland, Anita Brower, Adam Yenish and Wendy Piller from consideration.

We've offered a starting list for you, but add your comments about your vote—or suggest others—in the comments box below (and don't forget to download the nomination form to send to the Rotary Club).
