Warren School Board Fills Teaching Posts

New teachers, paraprofessionals and other staff members hired.

William Kielbach enjoyed a bit of a reunion at Monday's Warren Township Board of Education meeting.

Before the meeting began, during which the Warren native was among 16 new employees approved for the upcoming school year, Kielbach chatted with board member Roberta Monahan--who daughter he attended kindergarten with.

Kielbach said he had attended several Warren schools while growing up, but his new career will start at Central School. The board approved his hire as a fifth-grade teacher.

Other new hires approved, and their assignments, include:

Annette Glorius, Woodland School paraprofessional;
Michelle Antonelli, Mt. Horeb School third-grade teacher;
Gina Cocivera-Wright, ALT kindergarten teacher;
Amanda Gordon, Central School teacher*;
Justina Thomson, WMS math teacher;
Danielle Zurawiecki, WMS psychologist;
Susan Kent, Mt. Horeb paraprofessional;
Nancy Lauber, Mt. Horeb paraprofessional;
Leslie Duncan, WMS paraprofessional;
Maureen Aronow, ALT teacher*;
Laura Fabian, Woodland School teacher*;
Michele Tanzi, WMS science teacher;
Emily Puhak, WMS paraprofessional;
Jayne Moran, Woodland School/ WMS teacher*;
Priscilla Bledsoe, bus driver.

* denotes teachers hired as leave replacement teachers to fill in for extended leaves.
