Warren Students Earn Dean's List Status

The University of Rhode Island is pleased to announce that Arianna M Greco and Meghan J Riley were among the school's 4,042 undergraduates to qualiy for the Spring 2012 Dean's List. To be included on the Dean's List, students must have completed 12 or more credits during a semester for letter grades with at least a 3.30 quality point average.

Jillian Heller, Thomas Holmes and Alexandra Koplowitz were named to the dean's list for the Spring 2012 semester at Quinnipiac University. To qualify for the dean's list, a student must earn a grade point average of at least 3.5 with no grade lower than C.

Alexandra Bilancia, a senior psychology major in The University of Scranton's College of Arts and Sciences, has been named to the school's Dean's List, which recognizes students for academic excellence during the 2012 spring semester. A student must have a grade point average of 3.5 or better with a minimum number of credit hours to make the Dean's List. More than 1,470 students were named to the 2012 spring semester Dean's List.

Local students have earned the esteemed honor of placement on the Dean's List at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) for the spring 2012 semester:

Michelle Lee, a freshman Communication Studies major; Elizabeth Flynn, a junior Music Education major; Jack Meyers, a freshman Journalism and Proffessional Writing major; Tarika Mahal, a sophomore History major; Peter Mazzeo, a sophomore Political Science major; Lynn Breisch, a junior Psychology major; Colleen Mazzei, a senior Psychology major; Kevin Smedley, a sophomore Technology Education major; David Pasi, a senior Health and Exercise Science major; Daniel Nguyen, a senior Biology major; Elizabeth Yacone, a junior Mathematics Second Education major. 

To achieve this honor, a student must carry 12 or more credits that semester and have a 3.5 grade point average or above.

Marisa Davison has been named to the president's list at James Madison University for the spring 2012 semester. Students who earn president's list honors must carry at least 12 graded credit hours and earn a GPA of 3.9 or higher. Davison is majoring in health sciences.

The University of Hartford is pleased to announce Brianna Dachisen and Stephanie Hanson have been named to the Dean's List for spring 2012.

Taylor Brown and Andrew Warshauer were among the 759 Lafayette College students who have been named to the spring semester Dean's List were announced by Hannah Stewart-Gambino, dean of the college. Each of the students has achieved at least a 3.60 semester grade point average out of a possible 4.0.

Zachary Scott, a Television-Radio major in the class of 2013, was named to the Dean's List in Ithaca College's School of Communications for the spring 2012 semester.
