Watchung Hills Regional Presents 'Roar of the Greasepaint'

Enjoy the show tonight, Friday or Saturday and leave "Feelin' Good."

Watchung Hills Regional's Script and Cue Club's spring musical, "The Roar of the Greasepaint—the Smell of the Crowd" may not be the easiest of titles to remember, but the 1965 Tony Award-winning show did produce some songs audiences will still recognize.

Written by Leslie Bricusse and Anthony Newley, songs such as "Who Can I Turn To" and "The Joker" have become show tune standards, and after "Feelin' Good" became a social ballad for Nina Simone, the song has been a staple for R&B and blues artists (it's been recorded in recent years by Michael Bublé, The Pussycat Dolls and blues guitarist Joe Bonamassa.
