Triwomen Leaders will introduce you to the sport of triathlon including:
- vocabulary
- equipment
- what to wear
- intro to transitions
- how get started with swim, bike, and run
The JCC requires photo id at the door, so please plan to arrive a few minutes early. This is one of our most popular workshops.
