The Watchung Hills Regional Elite League Softball team continued its winning ways, playing through a spotty defensive performance to dominate Bernards, Wednesday.

The Warriors took advantage of every lapse in Bernards' defense, with runnners stealing second and third bases throughout the night. Once in scoring position, they were able to supply plenty of runs to lead Bernards through the night.

Jess Gaeta's pitching limited Bernards' opportunities for scoring for most of the game. She was replaced by Shannon Pilsbury in the fifth, and Brooke Nitti closed in the seventh to earn the win.
