Intramural Basketball for High Schoolers Signups Underway

Deadline is Dec. 1 but don't wait—this program can fill up fast.

After a record number of players signed up last year, the township's high school recreational basketball program is getting ready for another season.

The program is open to all high school-age students in the Watchung Hills Regional sending district municipalities. Signups begin at 9 a.m. Oct. 14 and continue through Dec. 1.

Teams will be picked Dec. 6, with students in ninth and 10th grades at 7 p.m. and 11 and 12th grades at 8 p.m. Each team will be comprised of students from all four grade levels.

Games will begin Dec. 13, with subsequent games played on Monday or Wednesday nights at 7 p.m. or 8 p.m. (one hour games) at Watchung Hills Regional High School.

The fee to participate in $100 per participant for 10 games.

To insure a spot and for faster signups, go to the township Recreation Commission's website and signup online with a credit card. Look for Seasonal
Activities…….Or fill out the universal signup and medical forms, which can be
found on the website under FORMS or at the Warren Township Municipal building
at 46 Mountain Blvd. Warren, NJ 07059. Make checks out to Warren Township
Recreation.

High school basketball team participants may not play.

If games are cancelled, games are not made up.

No walk-ins allowed, and no refunds will be given.
