VIDEO: Soccer Program for Special Kids Kicks Off
Watchung Hills Soccer Association's special program launches second season.
The Watchung Hills Soccer Association launched the second year of TOPSoccer, a program for special needs kids aged 5-13 with both mental and physical disabilities, Saturday at Warren Middle School.
The program uses peers to mentor the players, drawing on experienced players to teach the basics of soccer.
