COACH’S TAKE
“It was a different type of game today. There were a lot of runs and hits from both teams and I think today Montgomery may have run out of pitching. Joey Rocchietti did a great job for us because that’s a pretty good team over there. When they have their number one going for them, they are very tough to beat.”—Head Coach Mario Diez
THEY SAID IT
“Any time you recover from a loss, you have to feel pretty good about it. I thought our kids did a great job of coming back from a loss. That’s not that easy. It might look easy sometimes but it really isn’t. We were opportunistic early in the game and that first inning was the difference in the game.”-Diez
