Olé... Hispanic Cuisine Comes to Long Hill!

Hispanic cuisine explored by Watchung Hills teacher at Long Hill Library!

Looking to spice up a cold, gray February day? Come join Watchung Hills Spanish/Special Education teacher Jose Rodriguez when he gives his talk entitled, “The Old World Meets the New: Hispanic Culinary Traditions” at the Long Hill Public Library this Saturday, Feb. 23rd at 12:30 pm.

Seňor Rodriguez will speak about how Old World Spanish cuisine has influenced and been influenced by New World Central and South American cooking. Some delicious Hispanic dishes will be offered to the audience, including homemade non-seafood paella. Arriba Arriba!!!
