Warren PD Reports: ID Thefts, Lawn Cows Snatched

Two completely different types of theft were reported last Monday to Warren Township police. A Wilshire Road resident filed a report of identity theft that morning, telling authorities that numerous credit card accounts had been opened in the victim's name. Then, another resident reported that two ornamental lawn cows had been stolen.
