Giant 4th of July Celebration, Right in Bridgewater
Lucky Somerset County residents don't even have to head far from home to attend a big Independence Day gala!
Families from across Somerset County will have the chance to celebrate the Fourth of July at Somerset County’s biggest party, the 42nd annual Independence Day Family Festival, to begin at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 4. Admission is free to the gala event at North Branch Park on Milltown Road in Bridgewater. The evening of Americana represented by patriotism, music, and family entertainment will include a variety of performers, historical reenactments celebrating the birth of the nation, a reenactment of a Revolutionary War encampment by the Third New Jersey Regiment Revolutionary Encampment, children’s games and activities, plenty of food, and a sensational display of fireworks.
